CANCELLATIONs + REFUNDs

Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 2 hours prior to time of booked appointment.

Once the ten minute mark has passed without notification, you are then considered a no-show, which will require a new appointment and its corresponding fees.

We reserve the right to decline rebooking appointments after the first or second cancellation and/or no-show.

Refund Policy - Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time. If you miss a scheduled appointment, you may choose to rebook.

Appointments that have been rebooked must be set within 7 days of original appointment to avoid a new appointment fee.
